All of our classes
are non-competitive in nature. The passion to move and improve is what
drives our staff and programs. The only competition is with your self and
your potential.
Location and Facilities
Classes will be held
in the Historic Hall at the Historic Y building located at 300 E
University, just a few blocks from 4th avenue. It is a wonderful
facility, with 20 foot ceilings, wood floors and dressing rooms.
Enrollment and Registration:
Classes are limited
in size to insure quality of experience. At the same time, classes may be
canceled or combined if enrollment is low.
Simply review the
class list, and fill out the
enrollment form. Bring it with you to class or drop in the mail. (with
